DESCRIPTION

Drying time:

  • Handling time/ pot life: 1 - 1,30 min. (20 °C)
  • Tack free time: 5 min. (20 °C)
  • Sandable: 15 - 20 min. (20 °C)

  • Structural and decorative repair of different plastic parts (pumper, fenders, etc.)
  • Application is also possible on metal, wood or glas
  • Easy rework like grinding, drilling
  • Sealing of gabps, joints and seams

APPLICATION ADVICE

The 25 ml cartridges are dispensed by hand. The 2-component adhesive is mixed by using the static CS Power PU Bond Mixer - mixing nozzles when attached double syringe is activated. The 50 ml cartridges are dispensed and applied by using the CS Power PU Bond Gun (dispensing gun). The mixing nozzles can only be used once.A bonding primer is not required.
